SEPTEMBER PUB NIGHT: FRIDAY THE 14TH AT THE SPOTTED DICK
Hi gang! I am going to try to post these updates sooner in the future, I promise. The next pub night is indeed Friday September 14th at the Spotted Dick (map).
I will sadly be missing it as we are off to a wedding in Vancouver next week, but I hope you all will take plenty of photos so I can drink/knit vicariously through all of you.

i am a newbie who has been secretly reading this blog for months. The Spotted Dick is close to work, so i may drop by for a pint and a knit.
How late will people be there? I really, really want to come and meet some knitters, and The Spotted Dick is VERY close to my apt, but I have committments until at least 6:00... :(
Not to worry Sarah. Folks (some of us anyway) stay quite late.
Don't worry Sarah, a lot of people don't show up until *after* 6 :) People trickle in as they get off work, etc, and there's often people still there after 11 or midnight (and some people have closed the place down *g*)
